Drone 107 Academy is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or any government agency.
Our practice exams, cram sheet, reference guide, and related materials are educational study tools created to help you prepare for the FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Aeronautical Knowledge Test (the "Unmanned Aircraft General – Small" or UAG test). They are not the official FAA exam, and completing our materials does not confer any certificate, rating, or authorization of any kind.
To obtain a Remote Pilot Certificate, you must pass the official FAA knowledge test in person at an FAA-approved PSI testing center and complete the FAA's certification process through IACRA. Our materials prepare you for that test; they do not replace it.
We do not guarantee that you will pass the FAA exam. Your results depend on your own study, preparation, and performance. Statistics about exam pass or fail rates refer to the general population of test-takers and are not a prediction of your individual result.

By purchasing or using Drone 107 Academy materials (the "Materials"), you agree to these Terms.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Materials for your own exam preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly post the Materials, in whole or in part.
All Materials, including questions, explanations, guides, and design, are the property of Drone 107 Academy and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
The Materials are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that they will result in a passing exam score. See our Disclaimer for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drone 107 Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Materials, including a failed exam, exam fees, or lost business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Materials.
We may update these Terms and the Materials from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Because our Materials are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the Materials have been accessed or downloaded.
Fast Pass is a downloadable/instant-access digital product. Once you have accessed or downloaded the Materials, we generally cannot offer a refund, since the product cannot be "returned."
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the Materials and we cannot resolve it, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you, which may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
If you were charged more than once in error, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
